The pandemic made us all have to rethink our day-to-day lives, forcing us to find new, innovative ways to work.  ATG Productions partnered with audio-visual companies and online platforms to produce high-quality virtual events. With our approach to Virtual Event Experiences, more people can discover your message right in their own home or office. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

DESIGN:

ATG Productions will design and produce your next event starting with a customized theme that will be consistent with your company branding. Event themes will be applied to the website, marketing promos, videos, slide templates and live stream wrappers to provide a professional image.

SESSION BROADCASTING:

Virtual productions can be filmed ahead of time and aired on a pre-determined schedule or livestreamed.
  • Visit one of our partner studios in the Phoenix Metro area where you can broadcast your sessions using the same broadcast quality equipment as seen in daily news studios. We have a full staff of producers, show managers and technicians to ensure quality and consistency, while the studios are set-up to allow for social distancing and contactless interactions.
  • Record remotely with either your own equipment or rent our remote camera system that is sent directly to your home or office, with easy-to-understand instructions. The studio staff will still be on hand to assist you and handle the technical side, while you can remain in your own environment. With this method, you will still get the high-quality broadcast with the picture in picture look that we are used to on television.

WEBSITE:

We work with a partner website platform to produce a virtual event online presence that is easy to navigate and includes options for both on-demand and livestream viewing. The platform has analytics, CE Certificates, attendee user level access, customized emails for sponsors, presenters and attendees and various reporting functionality. Other add-ons are available for a mobile app and gamification.

SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS:

All live events rely on the support of sponsors and exhibitors. Our partner website platform assists us in creating a virtual exhibit hall, giving sponsors and exhibitors “virtual booths” with links to their website content, downloadable marketing materials, video upload, customized booth banner and logo, company profile and the ability to video chat with interested customers.
